Two exciting opportunities to work with our groundbreaking theatre company producing a high quality arts programme within the criminal justice system and in leading theatres. Synergy is looking for highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Development Manager and Learning and Engagement Manager (Young People).

Learning and Engagement Manager (Young People)

Synergy is looking for a dynamic individual to manage its Young People’s Programme involving touring productions into schools and theatres and delivering bespoke projects with young people at risk of offending. Candidates will have excellent project management and fundraising skills, ideally 5 years’ experience in arts education and a passion for working with young people.

Development Manager (Part-time)

Synergy is looking for a highly motivated individual to lead the company’s fundraising, building on a track record of successfully raising funds from charitable trusts and foundations, Big Lottery Fund and Arts Council England. Candidates will ideally have at least 3 years’ experience with proven success in trusts and foundations fundraising essential.
