Role play training
Synergy delivers bespoke role play training utilising experienced ex-prisoner actor facilitators to train criminal justice sector professionals. Their lived experience is invaluable, bringing unique insight and authenticity to training, offering participants opportunity to test and develop their skills with service users before entering the working environment. We work closely with partners to develop scenarios to suit specific requirements and often deliver training together. To date our partners include Community Rehabilitation Companies, law schools and HM Prison and Probation Service.
