Synergy is recruiting: Synergy Studio Assistant

Synergy is looking for a highly motivated individual to join its education team to support Synergy Studio (funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund), an innovative programme which offers prisoners and ex-prisoners practical theatre-based training, bespoke courses with partnering arts organisations, work experience and progression routes into further education and employment. We are actively seeking applicants with experience of the criminal justice system.

  • Contract: 1 year contract (with option to extend), subject to a three-month probationary period
  • Salary: £23,000, pro rata
  • Holiday: 25 days, pro rata
  • Hours: 16 per week
  • The post will be offered subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS Disclosure

  • First interview: week commencing 8 February 2016
  • Second interview: week commencing 15 February 2016
