Synergy is recruiting: Learning & Engagement Manager (Young People)

Synergy is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to manage its Young People’s Programme involving touring productions into schools and theatres and delivering bespoke projects with young people at risk of offending.

Candidates will have excellent project management and fundraising skills, ideally 5 years’ experience in arts education and a passion for working with young people.

  • Contract: Permanent, subject to a six-month probationary period with three-month review
  • Salary: £33,000
  • Holiday: 33 days
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • The post will be offered subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS Disclosure
