Synergy delivers a range of bespoke projects and workshops for young people at risk of offending. These are delivered by a professional practitioner supported by trained ex-prisoner facilitators. With the artistic experience at the heart of the projects they include performance, script writing and response projects to main productions and explore a range of themes relating to young people and crime. The company also delivers one-off workshops investigating specific crime related issues. Feedback on these projects from the young people and staff is overwhelming positive.

Current partners include Brent and Ealing Looked After Children, HMYOI Isis, Woodbridge PRU and NOMs attendance centres across London.

Previous projects have taken place at Lilian Baylis, Stoke Newington, Villiers, Mossbourne, Petchey Academy, Greycourt and Claremont schools, Westminster Kingsway and Hackney Community college, Millwall FC Community Scheme, HMYOIs Feltham and Littlehey, Kensington and Chelsea and Richmond Youth offending Services, Church Lane, Bridge Academy, Islington and Camden PRUs, Ealing and Southwark YOTs and workshops take place in schools across London accompanying the annual tour.
